Bee Lapointe - The Metasophical Sound of the Universe LP

€34.99

Bee Lapointe is the founder & CEO of the well known Back2DaSource Records label. For more than ten years he's been blessing the headz by releasing heat on vinyl & CD. A thing that most people don't not know about him however, is that Bee's a talented producer who's been making beats for more than 20 years. Some might remember that one of his productions  appeared on the "Decade Da Mad Imperial - Heavy Waited" album but outside of that Bee has been very secretive about his work. For a decade Bee preferred to put out projects from the 90's because of the respect and admiration he has for his peers, putting his own talent in the backseat for years.

Late last year he presented me his own album by saying "yo Bro, I'm realizing that I, maybe, could bring joy to the Heads with my own Vibes, so maybe we could join forces to put this one on wax if you dig it, what do you think?"

Right after I gave the album a listen, I felt we had to put this out so that's why today we are proud to announce his debut instrumental album called "The Metasophical Sound Of The Universe" AKA TMSOTU, long title for a real DOPE instrumental project, filled with rare, dusty & soulful spacey jazzy samples, dressed with amazing boom bap drum breaks, hitting hard snares, phat kicks, just as we love... The whole vibes is very cosmic and reflects the title of the album itself. Heavily 90's influenced as can be expected so don't sleep on this beautiful album and embark on a journey with us discovering this dope 13 track opus.
